In some cases fulfilment of orders is done directly by these brands to minimise cost. We share your order details so they can fulfil their order to you and in some cases we will allow these companies to store your data for future use. You will always be aware when your product will be fulfilled directly by the brand and when data is shared.

• Merger or Sale: in the case that LatestinBeauty.com is partly or completely acquired the individual members data can be one of the assests that is sold as part of the transaction. Members will be notified of such a change in ownership.

We do NOT store any of your credit or debit card details which implies you need to re-enter it into our website for each order.
