With more than 30 years of expertise in the cosmetics field, it’s fair to say Dr Jean-Louis Sebagh knows a thing or two about beauty. Harnessing knowledge and experience he and his team garnered at his now-famous clinic in the heart of London, he created a skincare line synonymous with high-performing formulas that are packed with do-good ingredients.
With the Serum Repair as our Haul of Fame, we sat down to find out more about Dr Sebagh as he shares his skincare tips, plus read on to find out how you can win their coveted Shimmering Body Oil, the brand’s latest release.
TELL US ABOUT DR SEBAGH. HOW DID YOU GO FROM DOCTOR AND PLASTIC SURGEON TO GLOBALLY RECOGNISED BRAND?
“Having practised head and neck reconstructive surgery for many years, I specialised in aesthetic surgery. As one of the pioneers of cosmetic medical procedures, I conceived the concept of ‘Ageing-Maintenance’ as a gentler way to maintain a youthful glow and age gracefully. My vision and treatments are now recognised throughout the world.”
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO CREATE THESE INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS?
“I have always had an artistic eye. My upbringing in Paris, surrounded by wonderful architecture and museums, gave me great pleasure and introduced me to beauty long before I left university.
As a perfectionist, I wanted to provide the best skincare possible for my patients at home so they could look their best for longer. Unlike most niche skincare brands, Dr Sebagh products are all manufactured in my own factory in France using original formulations I work on with our team of expert in-house chemists. Our aim is not only to deliver the right ingredients for a daily skincare regime but also to transform the skin.
We have won awards for many of our products, but our bestsellers are: Rose de Vie Serum, Serum Repair, Deep Exfoliating Mask, Supreme Eye Serum and of course our exclusive patented Pure Vitamin C Powder Cream.”

“The beauty of my new Shimmering Body Oil formula is that it not only adds an irresistible sparkle to the skin, but it also works to expertly protect, nourish and minimise the appearance of lines and wrinkles for all skin types. It is a dry oil, meaning it is quickly absorbed into the skin and does not leave a sticky residue.
