Well, kinda… Today we’re introducing you to our Customer Service Manager, Shivona.

Where are you from?
Born in London, originally from Goa, India.

What’s your role at LiB?
Customer Service Manager

What’s on your desk?
Reports, paperwork, lip balm and hand cream!

Describe yourself in three emojis
???

Your colleagues would describe you as…
Being very kind, patient and hard-working.

What are you most likely to have for lunch?
Soup most days – and something not so healthy on Fridays haha!

Your go-to makeup look is…
The more natural every day look – a thin layer of foundation, concealer under the eyes, 1 coat of mascara, brows filled in and a matte lip in nude/pastel pink. If I’m going to an event/dinner, I usually add eyeliner, contour, highlight and a bolder lip colour!

Any beauty sins?
Not washing my make-up brushes as regularly as I should! But that’s because I prefer using my fingers, especially when applying foundation – they help it blend nicely!

Office pet peeve?
Fridge stuffed with expired food/old leftovers :/

Name 3 favourite BYOB products (Build Your Own Box, FYI)

shivona-productsLord & Berry DIVA Lipstick Crayon –  I absolutely love this shade, it’s a deep burgundy and VERY pigmented – something I always look for in a lip colour. It has a creamy/silky texture and literally glides on! Lasts for at least 5 hours (even longer without lip balm as a base) I usually wear this shade for an evening event/dinner 🙂
Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist – My skin is generally quite dry and sensitive, especially during the winter. I use this mist as a toner sometimes but more to set my make-up. Just one spray leaves my skin feeling refreshed and hydrated throughout the day. It also smells amazing!
Oway Moisturizing Hair Mask (coming soon) – So I’m guilty of putting my hair through a lot – from balayage to blow-drying, straightening and curling – resulting in very dry, dehydrated ends. I use this hair mask once a week and it makes such a huge difference – it really does soften and nourish – I’ve noticed I have considerably less split ends since using it. Definitely a great investment if your hair is subjected to a lot of heat damage!
