Based on valuable customer feedback we will be making some changes to our service and the available subscription packages. This will ensure we are able to offer the best value and price for LiB Box members giving you more control over your account. We will be introducing a way of rewarding our loyal subscribers with benefits, as well as making it easier to pause your subscription from time to time.
From 7th September, we will have just ONE great value package for new subscribers and for existing subscribers to move to. Existing Enthusiast subscribers will automatically be moved to the new package at the new lower price (next payment). We will also launch our new rewards programme LiB Box PRO (see below for details).
Novice (three) and Guru (nine-product) packages will no longer be available for new subscribers, or be available to rejoin or move to. Existing Novice and Guru packages will continue until cancelled by the subscriber.
Additional one-off LiB boxes will now ONLY be available exclusively to subscribers
BEAUTY ENTHUSIASTS SUBSCRIBERS: Become a Lib Box PRO. From 7th September, existing Enthusiasts (with an active subscription as of the 7th September) will be automatically moved to our new lower price package (next payment) and automatically become a LiB Box PRO, meaning you’ll pay just £12.95, get free delivery and receive all of the new benefits of being a LiB Box PRO. Stay subscribed.
BEAUTY NOVICE AND GURU SUBSCRIBERS: If you have an active Novice or Guru subscription as of the 7th September 2020 (purchased on or before the 6th September 2020), you can stay on your current package with no changes to the price, or your billing date. If you want to become a PRO from 7th September, you can upgrade/downgrade to the Enthusiast package NOW, so that you automatically move to our new LiB Box package and become a PRO on the 7th September. You will also pay just £12.95 on your next subscription payment date (your billing date will remain the same). You will also have the option to move to the new LiB Box package from 7th September and automatically become a LiB Box PRO, meaning you can pay just £12.95 and will get free delivery and also lots of new benefits of being a LiB Box PRO.
From the 7th September, we will launch LiB Box PRO, our new subscription rewards programme for loyal subscribers. As a LiB Box PRO member, you gain access to exclusive rewards and benefits.
Normally a loyal subscriber would become a LiB Box PRO when they stay subscribed to LiB Box for three months in a row (as of their fourth payment). As a launch exclusive, we are giving you instant access, so any member who has a Beauty Enthusiast subscription as of 7th September (purchased on or before 6th September) will automatically become a LiB Box PRO, no matter how long they have been with us.
Any subscriber on Novice or Guru packages will have the option to move to LiB Box and become a PRO.
Remember, with LiB Box PRO you get great benefits and our best package, so be sure to stay subscribed or move to our new package to get PRO status and not wait for three months.

Join on our Beauty Enthusiast package for just £10, so that from September 7th onwards you automatically enjoy LiB Box PRO status and rewards, including a monthly price of just £12.95 (next payment), plus free delivery. Any subscriber who has an active subscription as of the 7th September will benefit from this launch exclusive.
Our HoF product will continue to be our hero product, launching on the 1st of each month. We are pleased to announce that our HoF products will no longer be removed from the site after one month. Q – WHAT ARE THE CHANGES FOR EXISTING BEAUTY ENTHUSIASTS?
If you have an active subscription as of the 7th September 2020 (purchased on or before the 6th September 2020), you will be automatically moved over to the new lower price LiB Box package and automatically become a LiB Box PRO. Meaning you pay just £12.95 and will still get free delivery and also lots of new benefits of being a LiB Box PRO. Your billing date will remain the same.
If you cancel your subscription on or before the 6th September 2020 and do not have an active subscription as of the 6th September 2020, you can rejoin at any time but you will be a LiB Box subscriber but not a LiB Box PRO (until you have been a subscriber with us for 3 months in a row)
Q – WHAT ARE THE CHANGES FOR EXISTING BEAUTY NOVICE AND GURUS?
If you have an active Novice or Guru subscription as of the 7th September 2020 (purchased on or before the 6th September 2020) you can stay on your current package. There will be no changes to your package, the price, or your billing date.
From 6th September 2020 you will have the option to move to the new LiB Box package. If you decide to move, you will also become a LiB Box PRO, meaning you access our new package, get free delivery and receive all of the other benefits associated with being LiB Box PRO. If you cancel your subscription on or after 1st September 2020, you will have to wait 3 months once you re-join to become a LIB Box PRO.
Please note, if a subscription is cancelled on or after 6th September 2020, you will not have the option to re-join on the old Novice and Guru packages.

Q – ARE YOU GOING TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
We will not cancel any existing subscriptions or amend billing dates. Enthusiast subscribers will be moved over to the new lower price package (£12.95), and become LiB Box PRO. Novice and Guru subscribers will have the option to move to this new package from 7th September and also get LiB Box PRO status.
Q – CAN I STAY ON MY NOVICE OR GURU PACKAGE?
Yes. If you have an active subscription as of the 7th September 2020 (purchased on or before the 6th September 2020), you have the option to stay on your current package. Please note, if a subscription is cancelled on or after 1st September 2020, you will not have the option to re-join on the old Novice and Guru packages.

If you have an active Enthusiast subscription as of the7th September 2020 (purchased on or before the 6th September 2020), you will be moved over to the new lower price plan “LiB Box” and automatically become a LiB Box PRO. Meaning you pay just £12.95 and will still get free delivery and also lots of new benefits of being a LiB Box PRO. Your billing date will remain the same.
Q – HOW DO I BECOME A PRO
Once you subscribe to LiB Box and stay with us for 3 months in a row (as of your 4th payment) you will become a LiB Box PRO. If you purchase a prepaid plan, you will automatically become a Lib Box PRO.
Q – HOW DO I KNOW IF IM A PRO
You will be able to see if you are a PRO your “My Account” tab and will receive an email confirming you are a PRO
Q – WHEN WILL LiB Box and PRO BE AVAILABLE?
From the 7th September 2020 onward.
Q – IS DELIVERY STILL FREE?
Yes, you will benefit from free delivery IF you are a LiB Box PRO. If you join on or after 6th September 2020, you will pay £3.95 for delivery for the first 3 months, until you become a LiB Box PRO.
Q – HOW DOES THIS AFFECT PREPAID CUSTOMERS?
If you have an active prepaid subscription as of the 7th September 2020 (purchased on or before the 6th September 2020) you will remain on your plan for the prepaid term you chose. You will automatically become a LiB Box PRO and receive all of the benefits. Once your subscription ends, you will have a 7-day window to re-join; if you decide to re-join within this given period, you will automatically become a LiB Box PRO, whether it’s the monthly subscription or another prepaid subscription, entirely up to you!
