LUSH BOMBS OUT OF SOCIAL

lush-leaves-social

We all love a bath bomb in the LiB office, which means many of us are regulars at LUSH. This innovative cosmetics brand has caused a storm on social media in the last few days by announcing it will be closing down some of its social media platforms. We’re not unsympathetic, the algorithms across all three major social platforms can prove a challenge to contend with. Lush has stated that the brand has always been made up of many voices, and it’s time for them to be heard; making social more about passions than likes. Over the next week, the Lush customer care team will be actively responding to customer messages and comments, and after this point can be reachable via the website’s live chat, on email and by phone. There will be some social presence, and fans are encouraged to use #LushCommunity.
