RATES & TIMES
Due to COVID-19, we are aiming to deliver all orders within 10 working days via one of our delivery partners: Royal Mail and Yodel. Standard delivery costs £3.95. If you’re a monthly subscription member then delivery is free!
Once dispatched, orders can be tracked directly through your account – simply log into My Account and click on the TRACK link in your recent orders summary. It can take up to 24 hours for the TRACK link to be visible on your order. The tracking function of orders is only available for members of latestinbeauty.com who have an account - so customers checking out as guests won’t have access to this information.
Occasionally orders are shipped to you directly from our partners, in which case you may not always be able to track your order if they don’t provide this information. This will not impact your delivery rates and/or times.
We currently only ship within the UK. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands due to some delivery partners’ dangerous goods policies.
PROBLEM WITH A DELIVERY?
If you haven’t received your order after 7 working days from placing the order, please contact us at [email protected] (9am- 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and we will deal with your query ASAP. If you’re unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, it may be left in a safe place or a with a neighbour.
If your order arrives damaged, the delivery partner should be notified upon receipt. Please save the product, the original box and packaging and contact us Page 2 of 2 at [email protected] ASAP and we’ll provide you with return instructions or alternative options.
RETURNING AN ITEM
Our no-fuss returns policy means that if for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us (unopened, with all seals and original packaging intact) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. In the interest of hygiene, we can only accept returns for opened items if they are found to be faulty by Latest in Beauty. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
To return an item, please send us an email at [email protected] stating your full name, order number, reason for return and if you’d like a replacement or refund. Once we receive your request we will confirm whether you can return the item and provide you with return instructions. We aim to complete all return requests within 5 working days. Please return products in all the original packaging with your order details, with ‘RETURN’ clearly marked on the outer box.
Please note, the customer is responsible for return delivery charges and we recommend you return items via insured, registered or recorded delivery. Our customer services team aims to process refunds within 3 working days.
