Delivery & Returns


We aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 working days via one of our delivery partners: Royal Mail, Hermes, 13Ten, DPD and Yodel. Standard delivery costs £3.95 unless otherwise stated.

Orders can be tracked once they have been dispatched by logging into My Account and clicking on the TRACK link in your recent orders summary. It can take up to 24 hours for the TRACK link to be visible on your order. The tracking function of orders is only available for members of, so customers checking out as guests won’t have access to this information.

Occasionally orders are shipped to you directly from our partners, in which case you may not always be able to track your order if they don’t provide this information. This will not impact your delivery rates and/or times.


We only ship within the UK at this time. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee deliveries to the Channel Islands due to some delivery partners’ dangerous goods policies.


If you haven’t received your order, please contact us at or call us on 0203 176 6810 (9am-5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and we will deal with your query ASAP. If you’re unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, it may be left in a safe place. If your order is returned by our delivery partner, we will email you to arrange an alternative date or address.

If your order arrives damaged, the delivery partner should be notified upon receipt. Please save the product, the original box and packaging and contact us at ASAP and we’ll arrange return of the product for a replacement.


Our no-fuss returns policy means that if for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us (unopened, with all seals and original packaging intact) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. In the interest of hygiene we can only accept returns for opened items if they are found to be faulty by Latest in Beauty. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. In order to return an item, please send us an email at stating your order details, reason for return and if you’d like a replacement or exchange. Once we receive your request we will confirm you can return the item and how you should to return the item to us. We aim to complete all return requests within 5 working days. Please return products in all the original packaging with your order details, with ‘return’ clearly marked on the outer box. The customer is responsible for return delivery charges and we recommend to return items via insured, registered or recorded delivery. Our customer services team aims to process refunds within 3 working days.
