After a long day in the office the first thing I do when I get home is take a shower so I can settle in for the evening and relax before bed.
I wash using Love Beauty and Planet’s Coconut Oil & Ylang Ylang Shower Gel. It smells absolutely divine, and reminds me of being on holiday – perfect for helping me clear my head after work. This product is vegan and has no colourants, parabens, silicones or sulfates, so I know I’m not using anything nasty on my skin.
After shampooing my hair I like to use Davines’ melon-infused Momo Conditioner to replenish hydration and keep my hair healthy and shiny, but not greasy. I leave it in for 2-3 minutes to make sure I get the best out of the product.

Two to three times a week I’ll use the Rêve de Miel Body Scrub from Nuxe to scrub away dead skin cells and soften my skin. If I use this in the morning instead of the evening, I’ll rinse it off with cool water to really help me wake up and get going for the day.
