WOW, what a drop! The first part of our Sunday Times Style Beauty Awards Edit is now live. It was exciting, and you went crazy but there are still some very STYLE-ISH products available if you’ve yet to create your edit. We collaborate with The Sunday Times Style to do what we do best: bring you the latest and greatest products. The Style beauty team handpicked this year’s shortlisted products, and we hope you love them as much as we both do. Haven’t yet created your edit, or just want to see what products we’d recommend (all of them, obvs)? Check out team LiB’s curations below.
Once you’ve tried and tested your selected nominees, don’t forget to vote for your favourites (here!) to be entered into the prize draw. The Sunday Times Style is giving away beauty prizes worth more than £70,000, including a holiday for two to the Maldives.

Floral Street Electric Rhubarb Fragrance
I’ve said it before, but I LOVE unique fragrances. I’m not one to go mainstream when it comes to choosing a new perfume. The tantalising notes blend floral and fruity nuances for a perfect spring-approved scent. Better yet, the bottle looks great on your dresser.
Garnier Hair Food Banana Shampoo
As cheesy as it sounds, the one thing that has got me through self-isolation is imagining my days as if I were somewhere else; somewhere exotic. Garnier’s Hair Food Banana Shampoo combines natural oils and bananas from Costa Rica, and that’s a great place to mentally be right now.
Garnier Hair Food Banana Conditioner
I couldn’t select the Shampoo without the complementing Conditioner. As lightweight as its partner, this conditioner not only envelops hair with a fruity scent, it absorbs instantly to nourish and smooth every strand.
COLAB Dreamer Dry Shampoo
Working from home has been a great opportunity to retrain my hair into needing less washes. COLAB’s Dry Shampoo is one of my favourites for effectively absorbing oil to instantly refresh roots with an invisible, lightweight finish. No white residue here, ladies!
Code 8 Precision Liquid Eyeliner – Carbon Black
If there’s one thing I’ve learnt recently, it’s that putting makeup on for video calls can make you feel instantly better. This amateur-friendly, water-resistant ink liner is perfect for faking your eight hours, instantly widening eyes and making you look more awake. Perfect.
Revlon Kiss Cloud Blotted Lip Colour – Whipped Hazelnut
I’m not going to lie, I selected this purely for its name. Who doesn’t need a bit of whipped hazelnut in their life? This product is new to me, so I thought isolation would be a great time to experiment with new formulas.

Huda Beauty Nude Obsessions Palette (Medium)
A seemingly popular choice within the first drop, this gorgeous eyeshadow palette is perfect for creating a soft smokey eye. Ideal for creating both day and night looks, I can’t get enough of the rich mix of spicy tones and blendable textures.
Eylure PROMAGNETIC Eyeliner and Lash System – Faux Mink Wispy
If you haven’t tried magnetic lashes, you have to try these, they’re SO easy to use. It’s the easiest lash application I’ve ever encountered, creating a whole new look in just under five minutes. They’re also reusable so totally worth the money!
Amanda Harrington Natural Rose Body Mousse
We all know we love a tanning product. It was my first time trying this tan and it definitely won’t be the last. The formula is super hydrating, so you don’t get those awful scaly patches when it starts to fade.
Jo Loves Gardenia Votive Candle
Another popular choice, this fragrance is so fresh and amazing for adding a touch of spring to your home.
Beauty Kitchen Abyssinian Oil Handbag Beauty Balm
This brand is a leader in sustainability with incredible products to match. This product especially is a great multitasker; cleanser, hand balm, cuticle moisturiser, you name it there’s a use for it.
Rimmel Super Gel Nail Polish – Venus
Definitely one of the best affordable nail polishes on the market – such a great finish and a really wearable colour with a long-lasting formula. It ticks all the boxes.
DEAN, ECOMMERCE & MARKETING DIRECTOR
Clé de Peau Beauté Le Sérum
Serum is where I like to focus on getting results and this brand is a true luxury to have among my stash. Not only does it help skin defend itself against stressors, it also works to prime skin for your next skincare steps.
Lancôme Advanced Génifique Serum
I love that this product harnesses Microbiome technology and delivers a formulation to die for. It’s an important first step of every beauty routine.
Paula’s Choice Clear Pore Normalizing Cleanser
For active skincare, Paula’s Choice is my go to. Their Salicylic products are second to none and are completely non-irritating.
Heath Hand Salve
This hardworking, non-greasy salve is just what I need right now given all the handwashing.
The INKEY List Polyglutamic Acid
This brand has taken the market by storm and for good reason. Naturally found in the skin, polyglutamic acid can hold four times more moisture than hyaluronic acid, making it the best skin hydrator.
Le Labo Santal 33
This classic scent is one of the best in the business – it’s spicy, leathery and musky and can be worn by both sexes.
ASHLEY, GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Sanctuary Spa Wet Skin Moisture Miracle
I really rate this product and it’s perfect for your post workout shower!
Paula’s Choice Clear Pore Normalizing Cleanser
I have horribly clogged pores, but am trying to cut down on exfoliating, so this gel product is exactly what I am looking for.
Floral Street Electric Rhubarb Fragrance
Again, perfect for the gym! I love the scent and the size – it’s perfect for popping in any away bag.
Beauty Kitchen Abyssinian Oil Handbag Beauty Balm
I use this product before bed on my hands to provide a thick protective layer of moisture. I wake up with super soft hands!
COLAB Dreamer Dry Shampoo
Since working from home, I have been trying to wash my hair even less (aiming for 2 weeks!) so I’ve been using this dry shampoo almost every day. My husband loves the scent as well!
Crabtree & Evelyn Evelyn Rose Velvet Body Melt
Just because we’ve started spring in self isolation doesn’t mean I’m going to be seen with ashy, scaly skin come summer. This lush body melt is a treat!
