Back when Victoria Beckham was one of the Spice Girls, her look was synonymous with a blunt bob and that iconic nude lipstick. Fast forward to 2020 and she’s throwing it back with her latest Victoria Beckham Beauty offering – nine new Posh lipsticks, seven of which are based on nudes, her favourite shade. She told Vogue “I wanted to create the perfect nude lipstick for everyone, no matter your skin tone”. Expect super clean formulas (free from waxes, emollients and animal byproducts) blend of rose flower, candelilla, carnauba, and sunflower waxes, as well as rosehip, coconut, and avocado oils for a glossy finish.

It’s all about pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month as a number of brands have supported the cause by donating some of the profits of their pink products to charity. Names like Bobbi Brown and Boucleme are amongst them, with labels like Estee Lauder and Aveda also adding limited edition ribbon-adorned packaging too.

GLOSSIER’S HERO PRODUCT

Glossier has launched their latest set of products, the ‘Body Hero Collection’ and have included real-life heroes in their campaign. Eight WNBA (Women’s National Basketball Association) players represented their league with their first-ever beauty partner, showcasing the new products which include an exfoliating bar, oil wash, oil mist and perfecting cream.
The WNBA dedicated their season to fighting for racial justice, and the new ad both recognises and celebrates their work. “Athletes. We aren’t necessarily the standard of beauty,” the superstars said in the video. “But if I can embrace my body and tell you I’m beautiful, then that means I’m a Body Hero. You’re a Body Hero.”
