US Korean skincare brand VENN has revealed it will be launching into the UK in July, offering products to those who want to take a streamlined approach to skincare. Utilising Concentric Technology, the products are composed of three patent-pending technologies to provide age-defying results for all skin types. The collection includes five luxe products, which will be available exclusively at net-a-porter.com: Age-Reversing All-In-One Concentrate with Compound K, Vitamin B Activated All-In-One Concentrate, Advanced Multi-Perfection Red Oil Serum, Moisture-Balance All-In-One Face Cleanser and Concentrated Revitalising Lifting Mask.
BEAUTY RECYCLING TRIAL
John Lewis & Partners has unveiled BeautyCycle, a new beauty recycling trial that offers members of its loyalty programme the chance to recycle empty makeup and skincare products from any brand. Teaming up with TerraCycle, John Lewis will see up to half a million loyalty members rewarded with £5 off a beauty purchase when they bring empty beauty products and packaging from any brand into a shop. TerraCycle takes empty beauty packages and separates them into metals, fibres and plastics. Each component part is then recycled, composted, or in the case of plastics, made into pellets which can be moulded into a variety of new products.
MIST THAT SPF
Luxury skincare brand OSKIA has introduced SPF Vitamin Mist, a new lightweight and quickly absorbed mineral SPF 30 milk that delivers UVA and UVB protection without chemical sunscreens. The natural, marine-friendly formula is scented with coconut for the ultimate summer experience.
