If there’s one thing we’re certain about when it comes to Autumn and Winter, it’s that it’s generally a time for lots of indulgence and a (regrettable) lack of self-restraint. That’s why October has become the month to kick those pesky bad habits (smoking, drinking and consuming too much sugar) – and this year team LiB will be jumping on board the health wagon and giving them a go.
